For over ten years, Sandra has equipped, educated and empowered individuals on their divorce journeys. Her first hope and prayer is always that a marriage can be restored; but when that is not a possibility, Sandra works to ensure the parting couple makes healthy and fair decisions that encompass what is best for the entire family . Sandra's Life Experience

As a divorced mother of two sons and a daughter, Sandra has “walked a mile in your shoes.” In her own divorce process, she experienced a nasty adversarial legal war that took a toll on the emotional, financial, spiritual and physical well-being of her, her children and her ex-husband. The damage was done as they left the court house with no money and all their dirty laundry aired; and yet she and her ex-husband were supposed to be able to co-parent and rebuild their lives.

At that moment in her life, Sandra did NOT know there were options to the divorce process that would have been far less devastating to her family. The challenges that went with being divorced became even more complicated by the legal process that was supposed to be in place to protect everyone. So off she went to sell the “marital residence”, find a job, take on the role of single-mom, single-again woman, chief decision maker and financial planner (not that there was any money to plan with) and began navigating the life before her.

Emerge Victorious

Emerge Victorious began it’s birth years before it had a name. Spending time with others that were further down the path of their divorce, farther behind and right beside her, she learned the value of support, encouragement, education and the need for taking responsibility for her future.

Sandra had a lot of help on her divorce journey and is very aware that that is not the case for so many others. That is why she has invested years walking the journey with others through her teaching, coaching, writing and speaking.

Today, Sandra enjoys spending time with her children, reading, movies, traveling and skiing on both water and snow. Sandra is so grateful every day that she gets to live out her passion for seeing others choose to embrace their future when they no longer settle for a life made up of survival and existence.
